Our Commitment

Extended Sessions AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, including our therapist users and the patients they serve. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Standard

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for health programs and widely used under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Accessibility work on our platform is ongoing. Some areas of the application may not yet fully conform, and we are actively remediating known issues on a prioritized schedule.

Measures We Take

• WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our internal engineering standard for all new features
• Automated accessibility testing is part of our development process
• Keyboard-only and screen-reader walkthroughs of core patient and therapist workflows
• Color contrast, focus visibility, and reduced-motion support across our public pages
